Rate Schedule Change
The Rate Schedule Change will adjust the rate, and in some cases even the frequency of your billing cycle. This means that you will see a minor reduction in your price/kwh as well as a monthly billing cycle instead of a bi-monthly cycle.
Fixed Flat Rate Program
The Fixed Flat Rate will take your two historical usage average, and reduce the bill anywhere from 10-30%, and keep you on a fixed rate. Your bill will not go up or down, but stay at a single fixed price. This allows for much more control and predictability in your bills as well as a reduced cost.
Renewable Portfolio Standard
The Renewables Portfolio Standard (RPS) requires California to procure a portion of their electricity sales from renewable sources. The Energy Commission certifies facilities that generate renewable energy
